Grounds Person (School)

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 pa, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Full time – Permanent – Monday to Friday: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, throughout the year

Hoe Bridge School is seeking a Grounds Person to join the expanding Facilities Team. The post holder will be responsible for the cutting, marking and maintenance of all sports pitches and surrounding grounds, the erection and maintenance of all external sports equipment and general care of machinery. They will also assist with the general condition of the school’s facilities and work as part of a dedicated team on a daily basis and ensure that the appearance and security of the school buildings, grounds and facilities are of the highest standard at all times.

This is a vital role within the Facilities Team providing support to ensure that the school operates effectively for all staff, pupils, parents and visitors.
