Food and Beverage Supervisor

Holiday Inn MediaCityUK Marco's New York Italian MediaCityUK are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor!

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic candidate, who will maintain the brand standards and provide excellent guest services at all times.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations - including, but not limited to managing shifts, performing opening/closing procedures, cashing up
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Represent needs of the team
• Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
• Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

• Having flexible schedule - working during the week and weekends
• Being able to work before or past the last tram or bus - opening shifts start at 6am and closing shifts could be past 12am.
• Working on match days is essential. Candidates who are not able to work when Man United are playing won't be considered for the job role.
• Having positive attitude towards colleagues and managers
