Due to our continued expansion and high demand, The Hollins Hall Hotel & Country Club is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on to the team.

Main duties include:
Co-ordinate of all customer requirements, including communication and completing verbally and in writing with the customer the details of an event up to the handover to operations on the day of event execution.
Correct use of systems process to ensure booking integrity, consistency & accuracy.
To sell the hotel by re-active and pro-active “cold calling” using telephone and in-house appointments, carry out necessary research, using hotel database, client files, business & local media.
Effectively manages bedrooms blocks and meeting space inventory for assigned groups.
Proactively resolicits previous customers and event bookers for future opportunities.
Adhere to and operate the Hotel’s & the Company’s Systems, Policies & Procedures for C&B administration.
Assist Sales Team in the management & development the Hotel’s database.
Any other duties that may be required at the hotel/local hotels.
