Most importantly, possesses the ability to bring in quality consignments

• Experience in managing, hiring, training, and motivating staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks necessary to running a business.
• Experience in furniture or decorating – or simply a flair for either.
• Energetic, friendly personality, enjoys selling, and dealing with the public.
• A love of fast-paced, busy environment that makes the day fly by.
• Takes pride in ability to multi-task.
• A self-starter that does not need to be told what to do (or refer to the manual for every decision).
• A desire to be rewarded on performance-based results.
• Would enjoy visiting the area’s beautiful homes to evaluate potential consignments.
• Basic computer skills to operate our POS system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday

• Campbell, CA 95008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Furniture sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Consignment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Store management: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
