What would you be doing at HomeLink?

• Undertake nursing/rehabilitation tasks under the direction of a qualified practitioner.
• Monitor and record patients' conditions by taking observations and alerting any changes to the Clinical Lead.
• Provide personal care including meals, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety.
• Observe pressure areas and skin integrity and report to qualified nurse of any change.
• Collect and transport clinical specimens.
• Promote positive mental, physical, and nutritional health with patients.

What would we expect from you?

• Full drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Right to work in the UK (without any form of sponsorship)
