Then we may have the perfect role for you! Our Project Support Professionals play an essential role in delivering the transformational change needed to achieve the future shape of Housing Plus Group.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Project Delivery team as we continue to grow and expand our project delivery capabilities. This role will support both the programme and multiple projects across HPGs group change and transformation programme. The Project Support Coordinator will cover a diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the programme’s objectives. You will enable the smooth running of the project by supporting the Head programmes and Project Managers through the monitoring and execution of robust assurance processes, as well as the co-ordination of management actions / activities on their behalf.

You will report directly to the senior project manager and should also be able to communicate effectively at an executive level. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress, the filing of such documents in an appropriate database or library, and you will ensure that all documents are accurate and have been signed off.

As part of our ICT team, we want you to have:

  • Strong experience of facilitating meetings at all levels
  • Previous experience working with complex spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Superb organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge/understanding of one or more of the following functions: reporting, planning, risks & issues, governance & assurance, project management, implementation management, project administration support.
  • Basic understanding and experience of applying project management principles
