HRC are currently recruiting for trainee support workers in East Dunbartonshire – with little to no experience required!
What will the role of a support worker look like?
- Providing emotional and practical support, encouraging the service users to achieve their own personal outcomes
- Accompanying and participating in meaningful activities such as community involvement and relationship-building exercises
- Helping service users with getting access to educational, leisure facilities, and social opportunities
- Liaising with other support teams and healthcare advisors to provide the best possible care and opportunities for the people you support

- Keen to learn and develop skills within the healthcare sector
- Passionate about delivering a high standard of care and support
- Comfortable assisting adults to wash and dress
