Responsibilities
- Placing orders with our internet suppliers.
- Liaising with the internal teams for portfolio internet orders.
- Resolving customer broadband issues by email and phone.
- Managing equipment inventory: routers and dongles logistics and maintaining records.
- Updating ordering and contract information on Huddle’s CRM
- Updating spreadsheets, creating online accounts and recording bill account information.
- Monitoring email inbox for updates and communicating order progress to customers.
- Tracking payments, creating invoices and reconciling accounts.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, confident and friendly over the phone
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise in a high pressure environment.
- Flexibility in a changing working environment
- IT literate and mathematically minded, good spreadsheet skills preferrable
- Interest in business and economics

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
