What you will do as a Night Receptionist

• Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests
• Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift
• Handling guest complaints during the night shift
• Establishing rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relations
• Playing an active role in the World of Care and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities.
