Duties and tasks related to the Painter role include

• To attend to all work as delegated by the Engineering Manager / Team Leader
• Ensuring a prompt response is afforded to all guest related maintenance requests, whilst maintaining a professional and courteous manner
• Carrying out all painting and decorating proficiently, paying particular regard to good practices and high standards
• To carry out PPM in rooms, a/c handling units and bathrooms, paying particular attention to showerhead de-scaling
• Maintaining the corridor, Lobby and guest room lighting throughout the Hotel, ensuring all burnt out light bulbs are replaced promptly
