Position Overview & Specifications
As Production Assistant, you’ll assist the in-house Producer & Senior Producer at HYPEMAKER. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, working with some of the best brands in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Attend Briefing Meetings to discuss potential productions.
- Option crew & team for shoots.
- Overseeing billing, production reconciliation, and other financial performance requirements working closely with the finance team.
- Build and develop relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure the commercial proposition is continually fit for purpose.
- Be present and assist on shoots as a runner.
- Handle talent and crew. Assist designers, directors, camera people and other crew members on set.
- Perform administrative work. Organise and distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets).
- Undertake errands as assigned. Act as a runner distributing messages or items within crew and cast.
- Assisting and coordinating teams of Stylists, MUAs, logistics, designers, directors, camera people and other crew members.
Requirements:
- Experience as Production Assistant or Runner both in pre-production & on-set.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving.
- A team player with great communication skillsComputer literate and good with numbers.
This position is based and located in London. Candidate must be eligible to work in UK.
