Job Overview:

The team are seeking a Junior Designer to join the design team. You will be responsible for creating graphics for product and packaging as well as working across marketing materials. You will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking design briefs and creating innovative designs to use across product and packaging
• Making amends to artwork as necessary based on team feedback
• Creating print ready files inc. cutter guides (training provided if required)
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all designs meet company standards and exceed expectations.
• Collaborating with other departments when required to design for socials and marketing material
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of design trends, software, and technology
• Supporting the design team with all ad-hoc design requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent experience working in a similar graphic design role is preferable but not essential if you have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for design and willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to embody the company's core values

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
