SEND Learning Support Assistant- the role

Monday- Friday school hours (term time)
Paid 425 - 475 per week
All through school - support SEND pupils across the key stages
Provide the teacher with classroom support to aid the smooth running of lessons
Support learners during extra-curricular activities
Plan and conduct 1:1 interventions
Opportunity to work as part of a cohesive SEND team
Monitor and track progress
Full training provided

SEND Learning Support Assistant- requirements

1st class or 2.1 in degree
Experience working with SEN pupils
Passionate about a career working with SEN and/or education
Strong A-Levels and GCSEs
