Marketing Executive

We are very excited to release a brand new opportunity at iamproperty for an experienced & creative Marketing Executive on a full time, permanent basis - remotely based!

As Marketing Executive you’ll support the Marketing Campaign Manager/Product Marketing Manager to deliver our marketing plan that supports us in acquiring, growing and retaining customers.

You will champion telling our brand story and promoting our products and services to our target audiences, across all our core communications channels in a creative and compelling way enabling us to stand out in the market! You will support in the creation and delivery of content including product assets, website content, blogs, case studies/testimonials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering toolkits and assets that enable our people and customers to support & amplify our communications messages
• Supporting the delivery of our marketing strategy and plan that supports all goals, objectives and activities
• Helping to drive an audience-centric marketing approach ensuring messaging content and campaign strategies are centred around customer buying needs
• Ensuring the company communication and product marketing plans and activities deliver a good return on investment, understanding each communications channel in detail and how and when to use these channels for best effect for impact and performance
• Working with the wider team to develop and deliver the communications and GTM plans for new product and service launches
• Effectively measure and monitor activity and spend to help refine the marketing plans
• Working closely with our internal customers (Sales and Operations) and external customers to communicate plans and approaches, give support and guidance, and ensure alignment of approach for key business priorities

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience within Marketing (essential) and experience developing and executing successful B2B marketing plans and activities
• Proven track record in B2B lead generation
• Have excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills
• Have experience using email platform systems - dotdigital preferably
• Strong understanding of all current marketing practices, including digital and non-digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice
• Proficient in the use of MS office programs and handy with software tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
