Order Picker/Packer

To oversee and work with the Production team to ensure all products are manufactured to ICD Laboratories targets and standards. To assist the Purchasing Manager with controlling stock levels on a daily basis.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• To ensure stock levels of packaged items are correctly maintained.
• To pack wholesale orders as per the order note, ensuring all items are correctly checked in – ensuring numerical accuracy.
• To package all boxes so that they are safe and secure for shipment.
• To liaise with the Purchasing Manager to ensure all stock levels are maintained to fulfil all orders.
• To ensure all stock is correctly labelled and organised.
• To ensure the correct quality and quantity targets are maintained throughout the day.
• To work as a team to ensure the packing area’s and store rooms are kept neat and tidy at all times.
• To report any quality, production or numerical inconsistency issues to your Supervisor/Manager.
• To immediately inform Supervisors/Managers of any hazards, faults or breaches of Health & Safety.
• To comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
• To always uphold all policies and procedures of Phyto Therapeutics.

• Must be flexible due to role variation and peak periods during the month.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
