About the role:

We're looking for a full-time, junior level Graphic Design Assistant reporting to our Head of Design. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, bright and enthusiastic designer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Working as an integral part of our busy, friendly B2B marketing team, this important role focuses on designing for a wide range of digital, print and event assets, adhering to our new brand guidelines and following the creative direction of the Head of Design.

An exciting position with the opportunity to get involved and develop your skills designing high quality assets across the marketing mix, focused on digital and event collaterals. To ensure your success in this role, you will be able to follow direction, have a keen, creative eye for detail and be comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities of role:

• Collaborate with team members across the organisation, supporting the Head of Design, to execute assets to brief and brand guidelines
• Design of graphical assets and templated designs for digital paid media, social media, email and the icef.com website
• Assist creation of integrated event collaterals such as booth design, brochures, pull up banners, and backdrops
• Use of design softwares such as: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Xd, Canva

Who we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ of design experience
• Competent with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
• Creative flair and strong interest in graphic design
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Great communicator with an eye for detail
• Appreciation of colour, typography and design consistency
• Versatile and flexible with a can do attitude
