About the role as Marketing Assistant -

This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and learn the ropes of B2B marketing and SEO, as well as being the main point of contact for our many partners. Youll be at the forefront of ensuring our marketing campaigns are running smoothly.

What you can offer us?

• Update event websites and brochure coordination
• Liaising with media partners/ associations
• Liaising for EDM material with clients from various big biopharma companies
• Assist in the curation of monthly newsletter based on clients requirement
• Track, measure and record performances of implemented marketing plans and strategies

• Track and record clients deliveries and requirement
• Assist in creating EDM and newsletter performance report
• Assist with executing and managing internal company events
• Play a critical role in building new relationships with associations
• Attend and play a critical role in the delivery of our world-class conferences

What do you need to succeed in the above role?

• In all honesty, is the spirit to want to learn and grow with IMAPAC, all this skill sets can be learnt
• Passionate and willing to learn about marketing and market research
• An excellent communicator who can voice out their thoughts
