We are currently seeking a fantastic customer service professional to join us as Customer Account Coordinator in Derby to work our Tuesday - Saturday shift.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Customer Account Coordinator you will be a key member of the team, supporting and driving our customer performance and delivery taking responsibility for the management of customer reports.

You will liaise with both internal departments and external customers to ensure service standards are maintained as well as taking a flexible approach to your role actioning ad-hoc stock requests and creating urgent demands to ensure minimal impact to customers.

About You

You will be exceptional at customer service, understanding and actioning customer requirements with confidence - dealing with customers will be at the heart of everything you do!

You will be an excellent relationship builder and confident communicator and will know your way around Excel, knowing your Pivot Tables from your vLookups, using it to run and understand data reports to help avoid potential issues. Please note - excel knowledge is an essential part of the role, therefore, our screening process includes an excel test. This will be sent to any suitable applicants following an initial CV screening.
