Junior Designer - Bristol, UK

Purpose of the role

To work within our design department, solving briefs and collaborating on projects with the wider creative team and beyond. We work with global brands on a broad range of projects including campaign, film, brand and retail. This role needs someone engaged by interesting creative challenges and opportunities.

Who we’d love to hire

A junior with a background in design, looking for an opportunity in a creative agency environment. Who brings a confident design perspective and visual thinking to creative challenges. An individual with imagination, personality and ideas, as well as:

• Interest in print, digital, typography and motion applications (examples would be good to see)

• Confidence in working independently, and as part of a team

• A can-do attitude – flexible, resourceful and solution-focused

• Ability to clearly communicate thinking to colleagues and clients, whether written, verbal or graphical

• Adobe Creative Suite skills

Preferred but not essential:

• Figma and Sketch would be beneficial

• Ability to create motion and animation using after effects would be of high interest to us

• Some experience with Microsoft software
