Sales Administrator

Industrial Signs (iSigns) are a family run business based in Fengate, Peterborough, and have been making signs and labels since 1994.

After a rapid period of expansion, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will include:

- Answering all incoming e-mail enquiries

- Quoting for custom made and off-the-shelf signs

- Answering all incoming phone calls and assisting customers with their sales enquiries

- Printing, processing and invoicing sales orders

- General admin duties including filing

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm and is entirely office based. The potential candidate must have the below mentioned attributes:

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Be able to do basic mathematics

- Be able to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure

- Have personality and work well as part of our fun team

- Be reliable, hard working and have great attendance and punctuality

- Dress professionally, be presentable and have good general hygiene
