Warehouse Operative - Permanent - Back Shift

Due to growth within our Distribution Centre in Thirsk, we are pleased to be recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives.

On Offer

• 
  Hourly rate: £10.03 per hour
• £23 per week fuel bonus
• Monday to Friday - 14:00 to 22:00
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime up to 12 hours per week:time and a half
• Overtime after 12 hours per week:double time
• Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays in lieu
• Full training provided
• Paid Breaks

Due to our location, it’s essential that you have your own transport, as the site isn’t accessible via public transport.

What you will be doing?

• 
  Using a scanner to pick, pack and dispatch direct to customer orders for our range of Pet Foods
• General Warehouse duties
• Following safety instructions and procedures

Skills & Experience

• 
  Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but desirable
• Physically fit (ability to lift up to 25kg and able to work on your feet for long periods)
• Good level of numeracy and literacy to enable correct labelling of products
• Previous experience of working in a fast paced team environment
