Intel is at the heart of these disruptions, and we are searching for a Finance Markets Analyst to help enable our ambitions in close partnership with the sales and marketing team.
This position supports the sales and marketing organization and our operations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who pursues work with energy and can work effectively with virtual teams and across boundaries to drive meaningful results.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze financial, business, customer, and market trends in support of key investment decisions and our planning cycles
- Partner with management to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization
- Evaluate ROI and develop recommendations for improvement, help influence and drive the associated changes
- Influence decision makers and varying levels of business leaders, including account owners, project leads, managers, and key stakeholders in partner organizations
- Partner with the sales and marketing team in support of core FPnA processes
- Develop financial budgets, plans, forecasts to further the development and achievement of business objectives
- Plan, perform, and schedule own work with general management direction. Assignments are delivered in the form of overall goals and expected results.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Exemplary financial analysis; easily distills large amounts of information and data into actionable insights with clear and concise recommendations, leverages different tools/models to identify and understand emerging market trends, evaluates proposals against fiscal objectives
- Working knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques, Python/R programming knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), including presentation skills
- Problem solving; Identifies problems, root causes, and quickly develops solutions
- Excellent business partnership and teamwork; ability to collaborate effectively across geographical boundaries, both locally and globally
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics and/or prolonged course of study in a relevant discipline. Related practical experience is preferred.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
