In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain a variety of hard and soft skills that will be invaluable throughout your career. You will develop your customer service skills, learn how to operate tills and handle cash, and gain experience in visual merchandising and stock control. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your teamwork and communication skills as you work closely with your colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the store.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be reliable and able to work well under pressure, with a positive and can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Operating tills and handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Merchandising the store and ensuring that it is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly targets
