Job Title: Production Operatives with Counterbalance

Location: Corby

Salary: £30,856, rising to £36,302 following successful 3-month probation

Working with our client, we are looking to help to fill some roles for them within their production facility based in Corby.

These roles will be on an initial fixed-term contract for a minimum of 6 months with a potential for a permanent role.

Role / Experience

• Previous experience in a manual role is desirable
• You should have experience in an FMCG environment and a clear understanding of Food Safety and relevant food legislation
• Counterbalance licence essential for this role, PIVOT / Flexi licence can also be considered
• You must be computer literate

This role follows the following continental work pattern (12-hour shifts, 0600-1800 or 1800-0600)

Week 1: 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 nights on

Week 2: 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off

Week 3: 2 nights on - 2 days off - 3 days on

Week 4: 2 days off - 2 nights on - 3 days off
