Job Title: Project Manager Payroll Consolidation/Implementation
Location: London, St Pauls

Position Summary
We currently have 15 global providers with a global headcount of circa 600 and we are looking to consolidate these into one Global provider. To do this, we are looking for a senior project manager with considerable experience in such projects to join our team to execute this.
This is a 12 – 18-month fixed-term contract.
Primary Responsibilities
The main responsibility for the role is supporting Payroll Lead and Head of HR Operations in delivering the project. The successful individual should be ready to hit the ground running and will use their experience to confidently execute the project and lead.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
You will have demonstrable experience of:
  • Minimum 10 years+ performing similar payroll implementation projects
  • Experience in multi-country payroll and/or HRIS systems implementation
  • Recent, relevant experience in leading project delivery in a financial services organisation
  • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Project management skills demonstrating clarity of planning and execution
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements
  • Vendor management expertise
  • Gap Analysis of current state vs desired state
  • Understanding Risks related to payroll consolidation projects
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and delivering to schedule
  • Thinking of the end user (whether the employee or other business areas)
  • Preferred: Member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (M.C.I.P.P.)

Knowledge of one or more of the following systems is highly desirable:
  • Workday
  • Accounting Systems (e.g. Netsuite)
  • Payroll Systems
