We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Administrator based at our Maidstone Depot.

You should be reliable, flexible and have a positive attitude. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Invoicing, processing, and registering of new and used cars.
• Working alongside the Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover process.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed to a high level and in readiness for customer handover and follow up.
• Ensuring all GDPR related paperwork is completed and filed.
• Collating important documents to ensure full compliance of the numerous vehicle regulations and requirements.
• Ensuring that all company and manufacturer requirements for financial reports are compiled and maintained
