Position Overview & Specifications

IOLLA is a direct to consumer, independent retailer of high quality eyewear; designed in house and enjoyed worldwide through our online and physical spaces.

We are looking for a Marketing and Design Assistant to join our creative team at IOLLA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and marketing and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities will include research, the coordination of events and marketing activity and sourcing design materials for showrooms and content creation.


What you'll do

Research, development and delivery of our products and services

  • Create mood boards of on-trend styles and colour ways
  • Work with our supply chain to redevelop existing products, and lead the implementation of new product launches
  • Implement physical design tactics throughout our showrooms and pop up events to bring the IOLLA brand to life in its physical presence
  • Assist the creative team working towards new marketing strategies to promote IOLLAs products and services
  • Carry out competitor, and industry wide research
  • Contribute to develop the brand and product direction by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities
  • Plan and report on activities across these key areas

Coordinate marketing activity

  • Plan and attend marketing events including showroom events and off-site pop-ups
  • Identify and liaise with event suppliers and attendees
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of engaging marketing materials
  • Establish and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors
  • Liaising with influencers to create engaging content for our platforms
  • Sourcing props for photoshoots, content and showroom displays
