The role…
We’re looking for a junior platform analyst, with strong technical and problem-solving skills to join us in 2023. This role is within the Data Operations team, the driving force of our organization – producing industry-leading research by which engagement, culture and leadership strategy and solutions are shaped.

This role can offer remote / hybrid working or based in London / York!

What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied and interesting role including:-
  • Technical build and implementation of employee engagement surveys
  • Set up of survey distribution
  • Technical dashboard and report development through survey platforms
  • Providing technical survey platform expertise and advice to internal teams and clients
  • Quality assurance
  • Own the technical survey platform implementation of employee research across a number of sectors, supporting some of the world’s largest organisations
You will have opportunities to
  • Learn about leading quantitative and qualitative research data collection practices
  • Develop skills and qualifications/accreditation across several leading survey platform tools such as Qualtrics, Tivian and Medallia
  • Access external training on leading research data collection techniques through bodies such as ESOMAR



About you…
To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working effectively within a team as well as independently, exercising a high degree of autonomy
  • Ability to cope well under pressure – can multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Drive, commitment, and a desire to progress and learn
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Good communication skills and the ability to discuss technical details to a non-technical audience
  • Survey build experience, particularly within Qualtrics, is desirable
  • Experience of working with employee data or hierarchy data is desirable
