Job Description

The Senior Officer (KYC & Onboarding) will support the Fund Administration teams by co-ordinating the seamless on boarding of all new business

You will work closely with the Senior Manager and Directors in the onboarding of investor and new business take on, regularly reporting on progress.

You will work closely with your team to develop an understanding and insight of the investor and new business acceptance process.

You will implement change and share knowledge effectively.

You will develop and maintain strong, effective, working relationships with the administration teams within the Funds business.

You will ensure that the onboarding service provided to clients is consistent and delivered within best practice, fulfilling all contractual, legal and regulatory obligations.

You will also conduct internal post-onboarding reviewed evaluating the service provided.

The role requires the individual to provide a high-level quality of internal and external client service.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the finance industry

Experience in a fund administration and/or company secretarial role

Familiar with processing CDD/KYC information, preferably in a fund environment

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
