Deputy Store Manager – Fine Jewellery

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join an Iconic Fine Jewellery & Watches brand. They offer a competitive salary with some great perks and the ability to make incredible commissions and bonuses.

The ideal candidate as a Deputy Manager will have an experience in Fine Jewellery. A positive attitude towards work, as well as excellent clienteling skills, are fundamental to this role. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Fine Jewellery is essential.

Profile

• Experience: minimum of 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or in a luxury retail management role
• KPI-driven and capable of succeeding in a target-driven environment
• Good team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivation
• Excellent personal presentation
• A passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
• Proactive and positive in approach
• Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
