Position Overview & Specifications

Mission Plan   We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Working Student to support the Isar Aerospace commercial team, including Sales, Marketing, and Communications. The working student will serve as an active contributor to sales proposal development, deals, and marketing activities and events through the development, training, and optimization of AI-powered platforms, agents and automation solutions, both generative and agentic. This position is ideal for students interested in sales operations, artificial intelligence, business analytics, prompt engineering, process automation, and UI design.  The working student will work closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Cross-Functional Teams to help design AI-driven workflows that improve productivity, sales insights, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency, creating a lean ecosystem.  This role provides hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies, data analysis, CRM & CLM systems, and enterprise sales processes.    Key
