Studio Assistant
iSite is the UK’s largest digital media agency specialising in the creation, hosting and distribution of video content and images for some of the biggest brands in the world.
The Role
As a Studio Assistant, you are a core part of the Studio team and will facilitate varied projects as well as meeting the needs of the company. Reporting to the Head of Studio, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the studio floor. This includes H&S checks, product, furniture, and prop management, assisting on filming and photography shoots, as well as general maintenance of all seven of our studios.
Responsibilities
- Keeping studio spaces organised and tidy
- Tracking and locating stock and equipment, transporting between studios as required
- Driving to filming shoots, or locations to collect products or set furniture, using company vehicles
- Prepping stock and equipment, ready for filming crew
Skills
- Able to work in a team and on your own, following procedures and constantly striving for more efficient processes
- You will be required to solve problems and show initiative, as well as the ability to report back to the Head of Studio with proposed ideas and solutions.
- Being proactive in your day-to-day tasks, whilst being vigilant of anything around the business that requires attention
- Confident in manual handling of large and heavy goods (training will be provided)
A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
