Cleaning Operative

CONCEPT:

Reporting directly to the Cleaning Team Leader and Supervisor, the purpose of this role is to provide and deliver best value and quality cleaning. Complete duties to the BICSc standard and site specifications as required in the cleaning schedules.

Key Competencies:

Working in the cleaning team, ensure that all standards of customer satisfaction are met or exceeded.

  • To comply with the company and customers health & safety policies.
  • To adhere to the company personal hygiene standards.
  • To wear personal protective equipment as required, when carrying out specific duties, in accordance with the standards of performance manual.
  • Ensure all areas are kept clean in accordance with cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure the delivery of cleaning meets agreed BICSc standards & site specifications through the completion of cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure all reactive work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently.
  • Wear and maintain work wear provided.
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for holidays and sickness
  • Meet company expectations in relation to conduct and performance.
  • Carry out any cleaning and associated tasks as required.
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is cleaned, stored and kept in working order.
  • Carry out other work related requests by your line manager in line with company standards
  • Ensure all evening deep cleaning is carried out to the correct standard laid out by your line manager

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
