NIGHTSHIFT SUPERVISOR
37.5 Hours
5 days over 7.
Duties include:
- The day to day operations and supervision of all staff. Focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery
- Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility.
- Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day to day service delivery of the contract
- Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
- Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your Supervisor/Line Manager
- Use of Microsoft office suite and other IT applications to facilitate reporting training and other key operational requirements
- Carry out and follow up on regular audits as required by the business
- Document, Produce and present information relating to audits conducted to all levels of the business and ensure delivery of rectifications.
Cleaning experience & food safety knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
