Salary: £20,000-£25,000 depending on experience

The Role

As part of a fast paced, collaborative and creative marketing team and reporting to the Head of

Marketing you will be working to deliver the responsibilities below overseen by the Senior Marketing

Executive.

The Marketing Assistant will provide support to the Marketing Team. The role is a mix of administrative and creative tasks. There is room for development and growth. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Marketing and wants to develop and learn about creative, digital

Marketing.

Overall Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling emails and other online communication.
• Support in the creation of marketing campaigns (this could include, copywriting, data gathering, testing, reporting).
• Support in providing marketing campaign ideas, adhering to business objectives and ensuring that the campaigns meet these.
• Support with A/B testing on email marketing.
• Reporting on campaign findings.
• Researching competitors and industry trends.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent copywriting capabilities.
• Good understanding of Excel.
• Understanding of email best practices in terms of copy and design.
• Experience of B2C marketing campaign production.
• Experience using ESPs.
• Basic analytical skills.
• A team player with exceptional organisational skills.
