ENTRY LEVEL ROLE:
JUNIOR PROJECT ASSOCIATE
This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious, self-motivated, and driven individual looking to pursue a career in project management within the office/fit out sector.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic, and resilient with a hunger to learn.
An entry-level position, you’ll be assigned to work alongside and learn from one of our vastly experienced project managers. This is real journey of discovery into the intricacies of project management and as your knowledge, confidence and experience develops, you will be able to provide full support to your project manager and responsibilities will increase in accordance with your progression.
Person Specification:
Must be educated to A Level standard
Seeking career in project management
Computer literate; strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
Good work ethic; proactive, driven, able to self-motivate, friendly and confident
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail
Ability to manage own workload and juggle priorities to meet deadlines
Excellent telephone manner, well-presented with outgoing personality
Team player with flexible approach
Interest in property, buildings, workplace, offices.
Job Specification
Project Management – Full Training Provided:
Accompany project manager to project meetings and site visits
Project administration to include but not limited to:
Schedule site visits and project meetings
Produce kick-off meeting information (agendas) when project awarded
Note taking for project meetings
Create programmes outlining duration of project (training provided)
Produce budget financial forecasts (guidance provided)
Draft; risk registers, project dashboard, (guidance provided)
Assist PM with production of tender packs (guidance provided)
Creation of new and updates to existing project directories, ensure all contacts are included
Other duties may include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support to Project Directors, Project Managers and Sales Team
This is a full-time role predominately office based during early stages of training, gradually incorporating visits to site and client offices.

Salary: £26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
