Rate of pay: £10.25
Location: London- Park Royal NW10
Working hours: This job involves working weekdays and/or weekends (8:00-6:00pm). Minimum 20hours contract - up to 40h a week when busy.
Job purpose: As a Warehouse Operative Assistant, you will be assisting the Warehouse Manager and the supervisor by maintaining warehouse standards by organising all our products, labelling and sorting out deliveries.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, replenish, organise and rotate products within the warehouse, which involve manual handling that require that require lifting up to 30kg, bending stretching and carrying.
- Complete stocktaking activities on a periodic basis
- You may be required to carry out other safe and reasonable requests from your Manager or Supervisor.
- We will provide training commensurate with the tasks you are asked to complete.
- This role requires you to stand for your whole shift (excluding breaks).
- Manual Handling: this job requires you to lift, bend and stretch.
Essential skills:

Ability to lift heavy items up to 30kg on a regular basis.
- Previous experience working in a busy warehouse environment
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
Highly desirable/ beneficial skills:
- Knowledge of Japanese products.
- Japanese Language: reading, writing, speaking.
- Pivot steer/ Articulate Forklift license
A two hour trial shift will be required before employment is considered.
