Newly qualified Preceptorship Band 5 Surgical Staff Nurse

Offering three months free accommodation – applications are invited from enthusiastic graduate or soon to qualify Nurses with a genuine committment to working on a Surgical Ward to join the comprehensive service on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
A comprehensive one-year Preceptorship program is offered and new nurses are supported through this crucial stage of their career with the typical warmth and welcome extended to all newcomers to the Island.

Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfCbanding system, but have applied their own salary scale.
The current Guernsey Band 5 salary range is £34876 to £44981 plus an annual bonus of £1,517 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for any NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.

Person requirements:
Registered or soon to qualify Staff Nurse with (or soon to be eligible for) NMC Registration.
