Volunteer Work

We are a growing Unincorporated Association called Good Neighbours.

We run events in Greenwich/Lewisham Boroughs for young people and families of the communities.

Our objectives are to:

Bring back the community spirit

Support social interaction

Improve mental health and wellness

Increase community engagement

We currently run 4 events a year (Easter, Summer, Halloween & Christmas) and have been doing this for nearly 2 years. We had our first full year of events in 2022 and the growth has been amazing.

As the number of attendees continue to rise, we need as much support as possible.

We are currently self-funded, and any event profits go straight back into the next event.

We are looking for volunteers to join the Good Neighbours team who are as passionate as we are in community growth.

We are looking for the following:

General Stewards

To be present at event and assist anyone where required, supervise bouncy castle, swimming pool etc.

Games Assistants

Must have lots of energy & passion to engage with our young people.

Face Painters

You don’t have to be a professional, just willing (stencils provided).

Stall Assistants

Required to assist with our busy Games, raffle & food stalls.

Videographer & Photographer

To capture the action shots of the day.
