The Team:

The FX Sales & Trading Team in London provides a best-in-class service to a range of hedge funds and internal clients in Europe. We operate a flat structure in a small team environment, affording great exposure and enabling rapid development and progression with exposure to all facets of the FX industry.

The Role:

We are keen to hire an FX Sales Trader in London. The role serves to combine sales with trading/execution, covering G10 and EM currencies across a spectrum of products: spot, options, forwards and NDFs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with clients – internal and external
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with bank liquidity providers across the street
  • Execute trades across the product suite listed above, with a focus on electronic trading and FX options
  • Work to expand our electronic trading and internalization initiative – internally and externally
  • Gather, collate and communicate relevant market intelligence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve our efforts to ensure efficiency while minimising risk
Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Trading or an adjacent role in global markets
  • Exposure to trade execution, options and/or hedge funds would be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a record of academic achievement
  • Energetic and proactive with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Willing to develop and grow within the FX industry and open to learning a wide variety of skills
