We are thrilled to announce an opportunity has arisen to join Jet2.com as a Warehouse Operative Apprentice! This is a fantastic chance to join Jet2.com, the UK's largest tour operator, during a period of growth.
Working in a busy 24/7 engineering stores supplying aircraft spares to all Jet2.com’s UK and overseas bases, the Warehouse Operative Apprentice will be supported through a 15-month apprenticeship scheme working towards a formal qualification in L2 Supply Chain Warehousing.

What will you do in the role?
- Promote Jet2.com through relationship building whenever possible and to provide our customers, both internal and external, with exceptional service.
- Understand the company’s business and the markets within which it operates
- Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles at Mainstores when required both manually and using mechanical handling equipment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of the vehicle at the specified drop off and collection points.
- Utilise airline specific stock management systems in relation to dispatching, moving and receiving stock.
- Learn about and have full knowledge of the handling, packing, shipping, transportation, and storage of dangerous and hazardous goods.
- Always keep the work environment clean and tidy and take steps to minimise the effect their work ( and the wider industry ) has on the environment.
- Assist with duties within Stores as directed maintaining regulations and legislation specific to the industry standard
- Carry out any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?
- The Warehouse Operative Apprentice must achieve level 4 (C) English and Maths before starting the apprenticeship
