Overview:

We are seeking a skilled business consultant to join our online business coaching program team. The ideal candidate should have experience in business strategy, marketing, sales, and operations. The consultant will work closely with our clients to help them grow their businesses, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' businesses to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Work with clients to develop and implement effective business strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
• Provide guidance and support in the areas of marketing, sales, operations, and financial management.
• Help clients establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
• Collaborate with other team members, including coaches and trainers, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress and work closely with them to make adjustments and changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business consulting and online coaching to ensure the program's success.

Requirements:

• Experience in running their own successful coaching business (ideally in the health & fitness industry)
• Experience as a business consultant or advisor, with a track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, sales, and operations best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modelling, with experience using tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and project management skills.
• A passion for helping others achieve their goals and grow their businesses.
