Assistant Store Manager - Chiswick

We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager (40 Hours) to join our team in Chiswick.

Store Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To drive the sales within Jigsaw Retail Stores or Concessions by managing the store sales team to achieve their maximum potential, taking full advantage of ad on sales opportunities. To ensure that staff are providing a first class customer experience. To up skill and work towards taking responsibility for the store’s operation during defined periods with a view to becoming part of the store succession plan.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practise.
