The Restaurant

BiBi is the award-wining restaurant led by chef Chet Sharma. It is a progressive Indian restaurant serving dishes inspired by ingredients and memories from the Indian subcontinent.

BiBi embraces the full multicultural span of Indian cuisine, while also drawing on the years Chet has spent cooking and sourcing ingredients for some of the most esteemed Michelin-starred restaurants in the world.
BiBi serves an A La Carte menu at lunch and a single tasting menu for dinner.

Our constantly evolving menu is contemporary and approachable but with recognisably Indian flavours that would have been enjoyed by Chet’s paternal and maternal grandmothers (bibis), who played a key role in his culinary identity.
Dishes combine the best produce from both the UK and India, for example an Orkney Scallop might be served ceviche-style with Kaji lemonade that is reminiscent of nimbu pani, a fresh lemonade enjoyed across the subcontinent.

The Position

The ideal Head Waiter/Waitress will have:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end, fine dining restaurant (Michelin and Indian Cuisine experience is a bonus)
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience
• A keen interest in Indian cuisine, with a desire to learn and develop with us
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly personable nature.
