2 x Graduate Paralegals (Training Contract on offer)

The role

Two very exclusive vacancies to join a busy city-centre corporate law firm as Paralegals. The Paralegals will work closely with the Senior Partner (an eminent M&A lawyer with domestic and international clients) and other Associates on market-leading commercial and corporate matters.

The majority of your work will be on active client files, being supervised in tasks and matters accordingly, grasping those and moving on to more complex work, building your knowledge and skills base.

Training contracts will be available to the right candidates that demonstrate their value to the firm.

A best-in-class specialist M&A and Commercial Property law firm, acting for businesses of all sizes and HNW and UHNW individuals.

Requirements:

No prior legal experience is required but the work is challenging and intellectually stimulating. We look to recruit academically bright, commercially aware individuals who are willing to push themselves to achieve their potential. In view of the demands of the job we require a 2:1 degree or above (not necessarily in law).

The candidate will have an excellent work ethic, be ambitious and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

The need to multi-task and be able to prioritise tasks is essential.

The candidate should be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail.

You will be a team player, have a can-do approach to tasks and have a passion for commercial law.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
