JLLT is seeking to hire a permanent TM1 Developer to add to an existing analytics development team based in London & Chicago. The role, new to JLL will support the TM1 application globally, in partnership with the data analytics team. This will include the technical administration of the system and the analysis, design, build and implementation of new requirements as part of phase 2.
The ideal candidate will be capable of collaboration with other data teams and provide support to financial teams.

Responsibilities:
Advise finance and IT stakeholders on best practice methods of leveraging TM1
Design, test and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient Cognos TM1 solutions
Design, test and implement user interfaces to the TM1 platform
Document TM1 and planning-related processes, model design and data flow
Support the development of standard and ad-hoc reports against TM1 & RDBMS sources with IBM Cognos 10 tools
Mentor and provide training for team members on IBM Cognos & TM1 development and administration skills
Author knowledge-sharing documentation

Qualifications:
Degree level education
Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented rapidly changing environment
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting functions and related processes
2+ years of Cognos TM1 experience (architecture, development and administration)
Strong working experience in Cognos including all aspects of TM1 design and implementation (Turbo Integrator, TM1 data feeds, TM1 cube design, multicurrency, multinational, reporting & security)
2+ years developing reports and dashboards with IBM Cognos 10
Working experience in Framework Manager, Multidimensional Reporting, Active Reports, and Cognos Go! Office is desirable
