The Role:

The firm are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their City office.

The successful candidate will have experience dealing in all aspects of commercial property, development work for buyers and sellers, acting for borrowers in refinancing, granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.

You will be dealing with a high quality of work and you will be working and learning alongside some top, Legal 500 ranked, Commercial Property Partners, giving you excellent exposure for your years of PQE.

Requirements, salary & Benefits:

• You will be a Commercial Property Paralegal with at least 1 Year of experience
• You will have a good knowledge of commercial property
• You will be able to work independently and as part of a team
• You will have excellent attention to detail
• You will receive an above market-rate salary
