General Operative

Here at JN Bentley we are looking for enthusiastic and positive General Operatives to join our existing and experienced civil gangs within the Worcestershire region, ideally close to both Malvern and Redditch.
In the role you will work as part of a gang on various construction sites predominantly within the water industry. You will have a proactive attitude towards work and health and safety, with experience of general civil work, concreting and pipe laying.

• Experience within a wide range of Civil Engineering – particularly general civil work, concreting and pipe-laying.
• Ideally holding your CSCS or CPCS / NOCN Plant Card.
• CPCS/NOCN Plant cards (Forward Tipping Dumper, Ride on Roller) would be advantageous, but training given if needed.
