John Craddock Ltd is a leading family run Land Rover parts and accessories specialist. Established in 1978, we are known worldwide for supplying Land Rover and Range Rover owners replacement parts and accessories.
Due to continued expansion of our online business, John Craddock Ltd is recruiting for an E-commerce Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful and growing e-commerce team at a very exciting time!
Full training for the position will be included for the right candidate. If you have administrator or similar skillsets and are proficient with IT packages and would like to enter the industry of ecommerce please apply! All applications will be considered on their merits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with internal management and brand partners to ensure all new and existing product ranges are complete with full and accurate information visible to customers.
- Product creation and uploads across our multiple platforms.
- Managing all aspects of our online assets and assisting with marketing set up.
- Uploading data and information to ensure availability of full brand catalogues.
- Extracting data into excel to validate information, availability, prices and lead times.
Key Skills and Experience:
- You will be very well organised, able to co-ordinate multiple product updates and on-boarding with the personality to coordinate & liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve the growth in products & ranges we require as part of our wider ecommerce growth plans.
- You will be highly numerate, accurate, analytical and data driven with good attention to detail with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage and analyse large amounts of data across multiple data sets.
- You will be collaborative and the have with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team.
- You will be proficient in data uploads and extractions, data validation and data manipulation.
- You will be Solution focused with ability to review ways of working and suggest improvements
- Experience with websites, MS Office in particular excel and social media channels preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Cannock: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
