Senior Desktop Support Engineer

Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with approximately 1500 pupils including over one hundred boarding pupils and flexi-boarding pupils. It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide a full 2nd line support service to pupils and staff at the school. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of End Point Manager/Intune, Cisco WIFI, SharePoint Online and Office 365, Windows 10/11 and all MS Office Suites. Essential skills include End Point Manager/Intune Level 2 experience with package deployment and maintenance along with excellent customer service skills, organisation and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with people of all ages within an educational setting.
A Commitment to maintaining high standards, reliability, flexibility and a genuine interest in keeping up to date with IT development will be a distinct advantage. The position is available from April 2023.
